What IS music therapy?

WHAT DOES A COUPLE'S MUSIC THERAPY SESSION INVOLVE?
Your session would be personalized to fit you and your partner's needs and interests. Music therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and can take place in your home or the Wedding Therapist's home.
Depending on which package you selected and your interests, a session could include:
Relaxation and imagery to music
Song sharing
Lyric analysis
Drumming
Strategic wedding music planning and selection
Assistance with personal wedding music performance
Playlist creation
Live music making (singing, playing small percussion instruments, etc.)
NOTE: You do not have to have any musical skill, talent, or ability to participate in a music therapy session!
